Saturday 23rd May

Saturday 23rd May (this Saturday) is going to be Grandmaster Geoff's first day back on the mats after his return from the hugely successful IHA World Tour 2009 and his promotion to Grandmaster!!!!

Saturday is also the next seminar in the 2009 BBC series is “The Art of Throwing”.

This seminar will cover 30+ non-syllabus throws, great exposure to throwing for junior belts who would otherwise have to wait for Green Belt, awesome for senior belts to learn new throws and no doubt will help with syllabus throws and 30+ variations for Black Belts!

When: Saturday 23 May 2009 at 1:30pm (after midday class) Cost: Free for BBC, $35 for non-members

At the last BBC seminar Grandmaster Geoff said that he would be doing one throw without using his arms or his legs - can't wait to see this one!

This seminar is going to be brilliant! Make sure you get your name on the attendance list and ensure you don't miss out.
